Almost all of the Cremation Urns produced today are fabricated mass-product and they are insensitive and inelaborate materials that are far from entrusting our loved ones and giving them the feeling that they are sleeping peacefully and appreciated.

A custom one-time ceramic urn will be thrown on the potter’s wheel. Illustrated by hand with vitreous slips and graffito, art nouveau or imaginary this will be a unique one-time collectable artwork that makes a beautiful tribute – also a valuable heirloom.

The urn will be made using the highest quality professional clay and the shape of Urn will be specially designed and painted using vitreous slips entirely by hand, clear-glazed and twice-fired to 1260 degrees centigrade with various underglaze technique.

Coloured mosaic stones will be collected from nature and cut from single whole stone one by one and according to their colour will be placed in the illustrated composition piece by pice.

The colourful stones which are temporarily glued to the metal sheet will be filled with special grouting material for long-lasting.

Binthus Design prefers to use all high-quality materials in order to get the best result in one-time design. We know that workmanship is very hard and expensive.

In this context ,mother of pearl pet cremation Urns is made out of very suitable part of the walnut tree. Walnut tree one of the most suitable wood for inlay techniques because of their fibrous.

As soon as the carving process finished, the mother of pearl shells will cut and reshapes according to their position in composition.

Collected the dust of walnut wood while carving process and wood adhesive glue will be used as a grouting material for mother of pearl.

As a finishing process, Binthus Design uses natural Shellac for polishing its one time design Pet Urns or Keepsake Urns of your beloved ones(Shellac is a resin secreted by the female lac bug on trees in the forests of India and Thailand.)

All artworks and pieces will be unique, being designed, handmade and illustrated entirely by myself no two will ever be the same!

After the final glazing process and last time out of Klin/Oven and once dried we contact you directly for final shipping. Final pictures are sent to you for approval.

At last, we are ready for shipping. Carefully boxed in a Crate you should have your Urn in about 3 days using DHL, Fed Ex or UPS.
