SHIPPING & RETURNS
- HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE IF I WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM AND HOW MUCH TIME UNTIL I GET THE REFUND?

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (outer and inner protections).
Please do not send your purchase back before we have reviewed your return case. In most cases, courier companies such as Fedex only requires pictures of the damaged package and item to close a damage claim in our favor. Most other times courier will have to inspect the package or return item for analysis. We strive to close damage claims within 7 days after receiving your claim, except for cases when we require the inspection or return to take place.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* High value orders over 2000 EUR (approximately 2250 USD) and oversized items over 70kg/154lbs or 150cm/59in in length that are shipped on a pallet/wooden crating. These shipments always include shipping premium insurance category “A” and surveyor appointed by insurance must appraise loss of value.
* Customized items (including any bespoke customization such as material, color, size or form).
* Book with obvious signs of use.
* CD or DVD that has been opened.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

- HOW MUCH PERCENTAGE OF MY PURCHASE IS REFUNDABLE?

- WHO PAYS FOR RESHIPPING COSTS ON AN EXCHANGE?
Answer:
We accept exchanges within the 14 days policy. Shipping costs are paid by receiver, except for items sent as “Free Shipping” for which receiver only pays for return cost.
Additionally, if your order is eligible for a full refund, we can also offer a replacement completely free of charge. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@binthusdesign.com in order to confirm stock availability.
- ANY EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICES?

Most items in stock can ship overnight within the European Union, 4 to 7 business days for express International orders depending on location. This service incurr in an additional shipping charge.

- DO YOU PROVIDE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY?
Answer:
White glove service is available for an additional charge.Binthus Design’s white glove delivery service will bring your order to the installation place, unpack it, remove packaging materials, inspect, arrange and install. - WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD DELIVERY TIME?
Answer:
In-stock items – We ship the product directly from our warehouse. Most items ship with UPS,Fedex or any other carrier companies and will arrive within 7 to 14 business days from the order date.
Express Delivery (1-3 business days) – For an additional charge we can ship most in-stock items overnight within the European Union, 1-3 business days for International orders depending on location. Please contact us for a ship quote at contact@binthusdesign.com
Made to order items – Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the item (more information on the product page). As soon as the product is manufactured, the package item ships directly to you or go through our warehouse in order to optimize shipping cost.
Backorder items – You will be notified at all times by e-mail if your item(s) is backordered for manufacturing and we are unable to meet the expected delivery time. Please feel free to contact us in case you would like to know the status of your order or cancel it.
- WHAT ARE THE TRANSPORTATION COST TO DELIVER IN MY REGION?
