Description

Lyre Harp, The instrument where the sounds of ancient enchantments and voices concealed on its strings carry peace to our ears wave after wave
The lyre was a stringed musical instrument played by the ancient world.
According to the ancient myths, the messenger god made the instrument from a tortoiseshell, gut, and reeds.
It was played with a plectrum when accompanying singing or dancing but was apparently plucked with the fingers when used as a solo instrument.
In Hebrew Kinnor, ancient Hebrew lyre, known also the musical instrument of King David.
It is made of mosaic stones to immortalize the moment when the song of peace and eternity begins to be played, with the metaphor that each stone is an important turning point in our lives.
It is obtained as a result of cutting 8500 marble stones one by one and dressing them in texture.
Pastel colours dominate the work made of beige, dark brown, ice blue and matte black.
The Lyre made out in this artwork with Pastel brown mosaic stones with its iced blue with its 6 strings where three olives and olive leaves represent Peace.

The black as can be seen as a silhouette in between reality and imagination represent the soul has been setled free.
The stones placed with the proofing adhesive were then filled with 5 layers of special joint filler to keep their position forever.
It is extremely resistant to indoor and outdoor weather and temperature changes.
The stones have adhered to a specially produced aluminium composite panel with a special silicone adhesive.
